2Who we are
This is the official campaign website of Manny Kess, candidate for Clark County Commission, District E. It is operated by Manny for Nevada ("the campaign," "we," "us," or "our"). The site is provided for general information about the campaign.
3Using the site
You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial, lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or these Terms;
- attempt to disrupt the site or gain unauthorized access to it or its systems;
- scrape, harvest, or collect information from the site by automated means;
- use the site to send spam or to impersonate the campaign or any person.
4Contributions
Contributions are accepted through our third-party provider, Anedot, on its secure pages, and are subject to Anedot's terms as well as applicable Nevada and federal election law. Eligibility rules and any limits are shown at the point of contribution. Contributions to a political campaign are not tax-deductible.
5Text messages
If you choose to receive text messages from the campaign, your participation is also governed by our SMS Privacy Policy.
6Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, and the Manny Kess name and marks, is owned by or licensed to the campaign and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it for commercial use without our written permission.
7Third-party links and services
The site links to third-party websites and services, such as our contribution page, event RSVP, and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of harmful components.
9Limitation of liability
